Complaint regarding issues with Poco X3

my uncle gifted me poco x3 on 22.6.21 and after just one year after my warranty ran out i updated my system as android 13 was available soon after this my front camera stopped working i got to service center they directly said its motherboard problem you have to replace it for 8k on my own cost but why i should pay its not my phone screen is damage its the mother board is been damage the product only come like this its have the issue from the begning and major poco x3 user facing this problem not only me and same happen with poco x3 pro the company extended warranty 1yr and it became 2yr now we are also facing same problem we also need motherboard replacement without any cost because it was the company manufacturing mistake not the consumer mistake and i am got 1 yr running  for my phone problem . i need my motherboard swap without any cost
