I have ordered a watch from Flipkart’s 2Gud online platform on 1st June 2019, and it says they will deliver the order the next day on 2nd June 2019, and in the order status it shows the item reached hud near my house, but till now (7th June 2019 12:00PM) the item is not delivered, I raised the issue in 2Gud customer care number as well as in twitter, but they are not giving a proper answer, and seems like cheating me. Asking me to wait for 2more days, after that they are asking again for me to wait for more days like that.
Sir I need to take action againt such fraud company. And this is not happening for the 1st time for me. Last time when I ordered through flipkart the same thing happened. And they insist me to cnacel the order, which I didn’t do, and they wrongly taged in order that it is out for delivery and I canceled the order(which I didnt do) and refunded.
