Regarding return pick-up not arranged by AJIO Vendor

I requested to return the orders on 28/12/22 ajio app showing pick up will be on 03/01/23, but today 05/01/23 till now no delivery man came to pick up my order. I need immediate solution to this issue. The return last date was on 07/01/22. I tried so many times about this issu but I didn’t get answer. Refund from Zenify – Rs.13,000/- : Ms. Sneha Joshi of Bangalore 560076, Karnataka availed flat rental services from Zenify. While terminating the services, Zenify refused to refund full amount and applied wrong charges. She posted her complaint on ICF portal on 18-02-2018 and the matter was taken up with the company.
