I have booked a flight from Bengaluru to Ahmedabad for 2 persons for May 23rd, 2023. Due to non-operational Go Air flights, the ticket was cancelled by the operator. I applied for a refund on the agent website MakeMyTrip, but it’s been over a month, and I have neither received any refund nor any communication regarding the likely date of release of the refund amount.
The booking amount of Rs. 10,435/- is stuck with the operator with no confirmation about the fund release. I submit my grievance to the India Consumer Forum to provide their assistance in claiming and receiving the booking amount at the earliest.
