Delhivery delay in delivery for more than two weeks

My package has been sitting at my city for more than two weeks but Delhivery is not willing to deliver it. I have not had breakfast for two weeks because the package contains oats, my breakfast.

I have made many complaints but they just give false promises but never deliver.

She received the products after two weeks but wrong items were delivered in a poorly packed condition. The store refused to either replace the product nor refund the money. Refund from Snapdeal – Rs. 849/-: Mr. Sandeep Gupta, Ballia, UP had purchased USB power bank from Snapdeal for Rs. 849.00 but it turned out to be defective. This order was returned back to Snapdeal on 10 Jan 2017 but there was no refund of money was done from Snapdeal side. Although the amount is transfered but flower was never delivered. Mr. Ojha followed up with the site for last 2.5 months but the amount was still not credited to his account.
