Amazon delivers power bank instead of Redmi Note 13 pro

This is to inform you that I had ordered a Redmi note 13 pro 5g worth Rs 19937 on 14/11/2024 which was  delivered on 18/11/2024 but to my surprise on opening the package i found i had been delivered  a power bank  of worth Rs 2000 instead of mobile which I ordered. I had complained to the Amazon customer support immediately regarding this but it had been 12 days still i had not received my refundback from amazon side nor they had picked up the wrong product. 4 days ago I had a talk with one of the company customer support executive namely  Mr. Axxxk who confirmed  me that the package will be picked up by  (24/11/2024) but till today no delivery agent came for the pick up and its showing customer was not available but i was available in my home for the entire day. and when I called the customer support executive namely Mxxxxj and many other executives like him they used to cut off my call without giving any solutions. This is happening since 18 November till today. Everyday the pickup is getting cancelled on its own and then new pickup is getting generated.. Still now no one has came for pickup and also the Amazon customer service executives are denying for pickup as well as refund. They are giving false statements and behaving very badly with me. They have illegally kept my money with them by not delivering the correct product which I ordered. They are harassing me mentally as well as financially since 18 November.

My 19937 is stuck with Amazon and i am not able to purchase a phone. Now I am in a huge problem
