Complaint regarding non delivery by uncut trends

Online fraud. Value: 3000

Complaint is against a brand called uncut trends which is based in Manipur and Delhi, as mentioned in their website. They have a full website with shipping and refund policy, they run their Instagram page too. I placed an order on October 8th. It was a prepaid order and still haven’t received it. They don’t respond to mails or messages. I was not provided a tracking id too. Online orders are risky but their site seemed legit. This is not only my issue but they have been scamming a lot of people. I would be thankful if you would look into this matter and put a stop on this scam and fraud.
