I have received the cheque today. Thanks a lot for the co-operation rendered towards my problem. Although I got my money back exactly after one month but still it could not have been possible without your involvement.
Refund from Zenify – Rs.13,000/- : Ms. Sneha Joshi of Bangalore 560076, Karnataka availed flat rental services from Zenify. While terminating the services, Zenify refused to refund full amount and applied wrong charges. She posted her complaint on ICF portal on 18-02-2018 and the matter was taken up with the company.
