I had ordered a product from Nykaa which I had to cancel later because they were allocating me a different product. Therefore, I requested for cancellation of that order regarding the same. I got an email stating that my refund will be initiated as soon as the product reaches to their warehouse. I tracked the shipment and found that it was delivered back to Nykaa on Saturday and they were supposed to communicate that on my phone number the same day, however, i never got any message. Later, I marked them many emails which were not even replied even once. It’s Tuesday and there’s still no sign of refund from them..
