I got a call from Buzz Holidays and was informed that today is our anniversary and our company will give you a assured gift out of the 3 gift options : 1) DSLR Camera . 2) VIVO 5 Phone or 3) One Plus Three Mobile. If you subscribe to our holiday package of INR 10500/- you will get any of these gifts absolutely free. Mr Sxxxn Kxxxxr Sxxxxa from the sales team confirmed time and again on a recorded conversation regarding the assured gift and the holiday package confirming to deliver One Plus Three( Gun Metal) without any hidden cost and any other attachment to the sale.The recordings of the entire conversation are available with me, since the sale was done Mr Sxxxxn Kxxxxr Sxxxxxxa is not available to speak and every time you call the receptionist (Mxxxi ) keeps making excuses of he being on leave. After continuous follow up Mr Kxxxxn Sxxxxxh from the concern desk called and promised to resolver within 24 hrs by either refunding the Amount paid or sending the assured gift and since then he is also not contactable and again the Liar Receptionist (MAHI) keeps making the same excuse of Mr Kxxxxn Sxxxxxh being on leave. Tis all points out to the fact that Buzz Holiday is a company who is in the market just to fool the customers. I am hence lodging the complaint with the high court to look into the matter and take stringent action.

I am also victim of this company and it has collected from me Total Rs 20000/-. Now their web site is not available to book the trip.
This is cyber crime done by the company. the matter need to be taken up to cyber court of law.
