Refund not received from Snapdeal for returned product

I return my product on 2nd june . But my refund is not initiate in my bank account . My suborder id is 23733026625. I called many times snapdeal customer care but they said refund is on hold due to technical error in computer , it will reflect in one or two days but still it is not initiate in my bank account .
