I m user of airlink broadband .my connection goes off in every 2 to 3 days for this problem I complaint many time but costumer care person said that it happened because of disconnection problem and whenever I call they said it against happen because of same problem but they do not solve permanently .. my internet plan is for 6 months but if it work in this way then I will not use it as I pay for this ….I complaint for this problem in more than 20 times but it is not solve.

I used airline broadband. From last 17 days can’t connect wifi. I complain everyday on toll free number but they can’t solve my complain. I replied not properly.. really it’s very bad services from airline. In future i vl NVR use this. No shame to airlink staff for customer.
I used Airlink since more then year I have 3 years plan my network is not working since 10 says & it happens many time it’s very disappointing I have paid for 3 years nobody is listening my complain if not started in 3 days then I am going to complain in consumer court

I am from surat.
I used airlink for last 2 years.
The problem is airlink customer care and services they do not work properly and earn salery for ‘do nothing’ in their job.
From last 10 days my internet not working
I call airlink support many time but nothing happen
I renewed my plan last month and I want my mone back (refund) from airlink
Airlink = Bad service provider
