Regarding refund from Airtel Broadband

I applied for Airtel broadband connection on 19th March, 2017 with 1700/- rs. ( 1000 for connection and 700 for instrument ). They promised to install the connection in 48 & hours. After passing 48 hours I chased them they started making excuse up to 10 days and finally they informed connection can not be done due to technical issues. I was conveyed to fill the form online for refund of money. I did immediately online. They did not respond for the same for a month. I started mailing to customer care they replied me with solution many times but no action taken till date after passing 4 months.

Now they not even bothered to reply of mail nor they are refunding my money. Request you to take action against Airtel immediately.

    I took Airtel’s service on 12th June 2024 and paid ?2828.46, but the service has been terrible. This is the fourth time my internet has stopped working, and it has been down for over four days now. Despite multiple calls to customer care, no technician has come to fix the problem. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of response and poor service. I rely on the internet for my studies and work, and this disruption has caused significant inconvenience. I am requesting a refund, but Airtel is refusing, saying that it can’t be refunded. This is unacceptable, especially since I have not been able to use the service for four days, and no one has come to resolve the issue despite my repeated attempts to get help.
