Complaint regarding Sony XA1 service delay

I have ordered Sony XA1 on 20 th May 2017 , just after the purchase it starts facing 2 issues-Front Camera, Touch Problem. I went to “IMMORTAL INNOVATION SERVICES PVT. LTD.” Laxmi nagar to submit the same for servicing, that time one of an executive confirmed that the phone will be repaired within 7 to 10 days, then i have asked if they can issue a spare phone to me as i do not have any other phone to use, But they denied for the same.

Then i called them on 17 , 19 and 22 nd August for the status whether it has been repaired or not, but everytime they use to say that Phone touch us working fine but your Front camera is not yet repaired due of lack of one part. Everytime they are saying i will give you a confirmation call about the status but till now i did not receive any single call. Wow this service you guys are providing
