Shop selling product at more than MRP, not providing bill

A shop just beside lokhith residency B-17,Road No 2, Instrumentation Limited Colony, Kota, Rajasthan with owner named Rzxxxi is selling things at price greater than mrp like Coke of mrp 25 rs is being sold at 27 rs currently at that shop. they don’t give any bill and today at 9 th September around 6.30 pm he and his father misbehaved with me cause I was asking for bill and asking them why they charge above mrp.

Complaint against BSNL for not attending to broadband shifting application: Mr Amaresh Chandra Das of Kavoor, Mangalore-15, Karnatak had applied in June 2009 for shifting of his telephone with broadband to his new address. But he did not receive the product even after a month. He sent Many mails to their support team got no response.
