Confectionery shop charging more than MRP

Today I had visited Chawla confectionery at Kiran Path, Mansarovar Jaipur to get a water bottle as i did not have drinking water at my home. I ask the shopkeeper for the same and he asked for Rs. 80 for a 20 ltr Bisleri water bottle where as mrp on the bottle was Rs 70. When i asked for the bill he simply denied and asked me to have it for 80 or leave. I had to buyas i have kids at my place without water.
