I deposit the mobile (moto G4 plus) with the issue of charging and turbo connected on 6-11-2017. And also they found the issue of charging and give me the cost of it Rs. 2348 with tax.
Next day when I collect the headset then charging issue has resolved but the touch was not working properly. I told the guy. same time, They said please charge the mobile at least 60% then the touch calibration will work. I didn’t go anywhere. I am doing the charge the mobile in service centre till 70%. Again I told the same issue of touch. they update the software on mobile. Now the problem resolved. But I reached home then open the headset then I saw again the same problem.
So next day I reached the service centre and inform the same issue for the technical team. Mr Vxxxxxxu Sxxxxi is the senior technical person. He told me this issue was already on the device before submitting the headset. But I am sure there are not any touch problem in a device before. the problem was only charging and turbo.
When they did open or change the charging tool may be the touch break. But they are not taking the responsibility of this.So I am not satisfied the service of mobile and behaviour staff. I paid the Rs 2348 and my device has the main issue of touch. how can I use this device?
They are telling for more money to resolve this issue.I am fully sure after open the device the touch problem occurs.
Please take action against him and provide me with the solutions.
