I have made a online 3 months recharge of Rs.713 on dated 27/11/2017 for my VC No. 01526316717. But my connection got closed on 26/12/17. I called several time to helpline number and which was getting engaged all the time finally in the evening i spoke with one hopeless executive i told me we will send you a technician to my home to check the situation.
On 27/12/17 i called again to know the status but executive said there is no complaint register for this so i asked file the complaint. then that guy said within 24 hrs your problem will be resolved.
On 28/12/17 I called in the morning as i have not got any call from any technician but executive was speaking very casually that 24hrs not completed yet the why are you worrying.on the same day i called frequent and spoke with the floor manager she took me in the concall with technician. He said he will reach at my place in 1 Hr. but then i got a call from him and asking me to do some useless and hopeless R&D.
On 29th I called directly to the technician he said there is no problem by his end this connection closed on service provider level and he has informed same to the Distv management through email..
It was so frustrating i called again to helpline number and asked executive to pass the phone to higher person but again as usual answer was ready ” They are busy so will arrange you call back within 1 Hr.”
So i request you to kindly look in to it ASAP
