We ordered a apatite pressure cooker combo from shop now tv, but we received defected product, and we complained on the same day on phone, they said we’ll get back to you didn’t get any response.after 2 or 3 days we call again then they send a mail. We sent but didn’t get response.after 7 days we call again than they send us pics of damaged product we sent. I was in Nov starting till now didn’t get any
Response. I was talked to their executive Danish several times. Now what to do don’t know, my order number is 5176847. They always said we will replace but now don’t want any product from this company want refund (rs 2400) only. Please do something if you can, as soon as possible.

Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
