I made a payment of Rs.2416 to BWSSB (S-575706) on 16th Jan 2018 through Mobikwik. The payment got deducted from my bank account but is still not credited to the biller neither did I get any refund of my money. I have raised tickets and tried contacting them but in vain. Their app is hopeless and there is no customer contact number. Every time I call the numbers provided…It’s either wrong number or no one picks the phone. That was my first transaction through them and I am going through nightmare. Why are these kind of irresponsible companies even existing ??? Please help me get my money back. Thank you.
