Wrong product received from PayTM mall

I ordered Toshiba Canvio Basics 2.5″ 1TB portable external hard drive disc on Patmmall app on 28th January 2018 with order no. 4525181925. But when I received the product on 2nd February 2018, I was shocked to receive the product which was totally different from the ordered one. It was neither external hard disc nor any Toshiba product. It seems like something internal sata disc.
So I contacted the customer care through telephone, Paytm mall app, email, twitter and Facebook. I have even send them the snaps of the product I received.
On Paytm mall app and on telephone they replied me that as the ordered item was having no return policy, so they are unable to process return or refund.
But the parcel I received contained some internal sata hard disc of western digital. I have ordered something different. So how they can apply such policy. Please look in the matter and do the needful.
