I had ordered a watch, Rado-32267152 Hyperchrome from snapdeal which was advertised to be automatic having sapphire crystal transparent back from which gears of the watch could be seen but upon delivery of the item I was shocked and found that the watch which was received was cheap copy/replica watch having quartz movement (battery operated) and does not even have a transparent back nor had sapphire crystal glass or back I had filed a returned within a few hours of receiving the watch on 27/01/2018 with return ticket Id- 45751041 which they told they will revert withing 48 hours it had been 7 days but nothing was heard from snapdeal and I also uploaded the pictures of the received product by mail as instructed. The watch costed me Rs. 29999/- which I bought because I trusted snapdeal but now I am feeling cheated please do the needful at the earliest it is hard earned money.
