Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.3,000/- : Chedoma Bhutia, Gangtok 737101, Sikkim ordered a makeup product for Rs.3000 against COD through snapdeal. The product received by her was of Rs.500/-. She was unable to contact customer care, hence I contact the seller address given on the parcel. The seller said amount will be refunded one the parcel is received back. The parcel was delivered back on 5th December but the Seller did not refund money and there was no assistance from Snapdeal. Ms. Chedoma posted her complaint with ICF on 17-12-2017 and the matter was taken up with Snapdeal. The customer got her refund on 09-01-2018.
