Order not shipped by Jabong even after 5 days

I bought a couple of formal shoes from jabong.com on 7/6/18 and while the tan pair arrived today on the expected date of delivery, the brown pair hasn’t even dispatched.

I launched repeated complaints with jabong only to land up against their system generated mails the last one reference number 62595126. Today the expected delivery date has crossed and they’re neither providing refund or any good reason nor dispatching my item even. order no 180607541525573
