one of my philips earphone SHE1405BK/94 got damaged in warranty period so i got it to philips service center present in Bhopal named (SUNIL DISTRIBUTOR,GROUND FLOOR MP NAGAR ZONE 1MADHYA PRADESH 462011) on 20-nov-2018, with JOB No.-3004561/02264. that time the service center person told that you will get your earphone in last of december and when it will come you will get call from our center to receive your earphone, but in december i haven’t received any call so i called in no. provided by care person, so he told that we are not available with this earphone now you may get your earphone in january when it will be available and also told that you will not get the same model earphone you will get updated version if it. Because company now don’t make this model so i told its ok, but till last january also i haven’t received any call so once again i called to care and once again asked then also i received the same respond that till know the product is not available please wait till february you may receive your product in february. Then i have complaint my situation on twitter account of philips so there they gave me this no. 18004256396, and told to call me and you will able to resolve your issue. so i called on this but after asking about what is the update about my JOB no., so they person told sir you will get actual update form your service center where you have given your product please contact there so i told about all my situation which i faced latter so they my complain and told that you will receive a call from philips about your issue we have taken your complaint. but its now one weak till know i haven’t got any call from Philips. and it’s been two and half month there is not even a single positive respond from care.
