Complaint regarding non-receipt of refund from Makemytrip

Booking done, once but money deducted twice. Contacted multiple times, I was promised refund everytime, and given diferrent ETA, but till date no refund is received. I also contacted concerned bank and was confirmed by bank that money is with the vendor. The vendor confirmed on 21st feb that refund id initiated , but I did not receive the amount yet. Please could you help me in this.

Refund from Zenify – Rs.13,000/- : Ms. Sneha Joshi of Bangalore 560076, Karnataka availed flat rental services from Zenify. While terminating the services, Zenify refused to refund full amount and applied wrong charges. She posted her complaint on ICF portal on 18-02-2018 and the matter was taken up with the company.
