Zomato delivers defective cake from fresh n fresh bakers jabalpur

Recived a defective cake in order. Value: 300. I have order a cake from zomato app shop name fresh n fresh bakers jabalpur and my order no is 1518717743 i have recived a defective cake in a box i have a picture of cake but zomato dont accept this i have send a picture and tell about my concerns but they don’t accept.
