Data entry job frauds

I’m searching for a job and this happened, I’m a well educated person. Sir, there’s a company called Novartis techno. They give me 1400 form to fill in 10 day. I put my 100 percent and done 539 form and now they are demanding money for that(in my working period the site goes down 3 times thats why I fail to fill forms)

Now they are sending me mails that if i do not pay the penalty they take some legal action against me, please help me get over from this. I submitted my adhar copy and sign an agreement.
