Refund issue with ZOMATO after merchant cancels order

I ordered on 3 September 2019 with Zomato and I paid for the order through Paytm. After accepting the order, Zomato’s merchant (Mayank Backery) called me and requested me to cancel the order. He said that we all are busy in our Jain festival so I forgot to close Zomato and my shop will close entire day that’s why I cannot ready your order. After his request I cancelled the order. I lodged a complain to Zomato to refund my INR 94 but Zomato is not refunding. Kindly look into this matter and solve my issue as soon as possible. order number 1918621879
