Snapmint fails to deliver my product

I placed order in 10/sep/2019 from snapmint and amazon has been authorised team. That is redmi not 7s black colour. After completing all procedures like uploding all documents and sing for loan approval done .i have paid 99rs down-payment and after down-payment. My order has been placed to deliver my product but
After placed to deliver i am wating from 10 / sep / 2019
To till date 26 sep 2019… And know i am receiving emi msg how can pay emi without my product…. please help

    I ordered firebolt Phoenix watch from snapmint. After 4 -5 days I received empty box only. I didn’t recieve watch. They sent empty box only. Now no one response my request. And continuously give me EMI reminder. Why I will pay EMI? .I am continuously calling to snapmint but no response. I want to cancel my EMI now othwise I have to complain.
