Flipkart not honouring replacement offer for Redmi K20 Pro

I had ordered mobile phone (redmi k20 pro) through Flipkart dated 04/10/2019 with the exchange of my old phone Redmi 4. The Product was expected to deliver on 12/10/2019 but the product was attempted to deliver on 14/10/2019, however due to time constraint i requested them to deliver the product on 15/10/2019 before 10 A.M.  but the product was attempted to deliver at 11:45 A.M.
Further he had perform certain check on exchange phone that is Redmi 4 and he found everything perform fine .
then also he rejected to take the old phone on account of no reason and did not  deliver the new phone to that is Redmi K20 Pro, the executive  was also unable to solve my problem after complaining several time through customer care number.
