My jio number is recharged Rs.307/. i am not aware about the difference of jio phone recharge plan and smart phone recharge plan. so i recharged my smart phone without knowledge of jio phone scheme. immediatly i called jio care and ask about my recharge amount in to smart phone plan.they told no reverse plan in our company . so they ask me to recharge again smart phone recharge plan. Then i went jio store ,ask the amout convertion in to smart phone plan. They also didnt help me gave me the same feedback. again i emailed to jio customer complaint. i received the same answer through email. then i emailed to trai appallate officer with cc to jio care ,again i got the same answer from jio . i dont know the status of my email while i send to trai . finally i came to consumer forum . kindly take action against jio care and tranfer my amount in to smart phone jio recharge plan.

My prepaid Mobile number is 8383821264. I hv recharged my phone plan 599/ on saturday, but still asking to recharge your phone otherwise your services will be stopped.
Why it is so sir , as last paid amount not yet finished. Being a Senior Citizen of India , I am being harrassed. Kindly check up my jio account ,add all paid balance and continue all services and make sure it may not to be repeated in near future. Thanks with warm regard.
