Refund not processed by Amazon

A refund of 14,999 was successfully processed on 27th dec 2019 by amazon india , this amount should have been added to my account till now but i have not received it till yet . I have called sbi customer service and visited branch but no help , i charge dispute the transaction but bank closed the complaint without any resolution . Refund reference no:93xxxxxxx1
