I ordered bluetooth earphones from Myntra on 8th February 2020 . and received the product next day 9th February 2020 around 12:30pm. The payment was done through cash. When i opened the package from Myntra the box inside wasn’t well packed. Then i found that the box was empty and there was no wireless earphones inside it. Then i instantly called their customer care service, they told me that they have filed a complaint for the same and the problem will be resolved soon. Then i called their customer service on 11th February 2020 in the morning and they told me that within 24 hrs the problem will be resolved but around 9:18pm in night i received a message from myntra that the problem is resolved then i called their customer service and they told me that the complaint is declined and i cannot be resolved. They further told me that they could do nothing. when i asked them to connect me with their senior they put me on hold and i never talked to their seniors. My 2850rs is wasted and i am left with just an empty box

Same thing happened with me.. I ordered a ring and received an empty box.. and they have declined my complaint as well.
