Complaint regarding refund from Shein

I return some clothes back to the shein because o did not like it, so i requested them to refund money back to my shein wallet for the fiture shopping purposes. But the o ly sane day shein get banned in india and now i am not able to.use my money or get it back. I have been trying to contact shein customer care but not getting any response. Could you please help me with my money to get refund back to me.

Refund from Zenify – Rs.13,000/- : Ms. Sneha Joshi of Bangalore 560076, Karnataka availed flat rental services from Zenify. While terminating the services, Zenify refused to refund full amount and applied wrong charges. She posted her complaint on ICF portal on 18-02-2018 and the matter was taken up with the company.
