Complaint against Shein for refund

Shein is not refunding money. Value: 2140. I make an order online on shein app , but i changed my mind within 2 days. And cancel it and ask for refund , now after 3 weeks they are showing they have refunded successfully but its not there in my bank .. i want my money back
