Products not recieved from sadabahar essential instagram page

A person took 11350 rs advance from me for some products. Now she has blocked me on instagram and whatssap. Whenever I ask her for updated she does not reply. She has blocked me from calls also . It’s over 1 month with no reply and update on products. She keeps asking for shipping charges which I aslo paid but again no update. Pls take serious action against this lady. Her Instagram page is sadabahar essential.

Complaint against BSNL for not attending to broadband shifting application: Mr Amaresh Chandra Das of Kavoor, Mangalore-15, Karnatak had applied in June 2009 for shifting of his telephone with broadband to his new address. They failed to deliver the product even after continuous follow up. They finally said the would refund the money but Mr. Kishore did not get the money. But he did not receive the product even after a month. He sent Many mails to their support team got no response. Refund from Nutrabay – Rs.5,235/-: Mr. Midhun Jyothis of Mangaluru 575007, Karnataka purchased Super Mass Gainer powder from Nutrabay on 16-01-2021. Customer was not satisfied with the quality and taste of the product received by him and reported the same to Nutrabay with a request for refund. From the day he was having problems with the machine. He many times but he was not getting service from Prestige.
