I have placed a order of rs.620 for groceries . Required amount has been deducted from my phonepe but order is not placed anywhere also not showing in order status tab , order history too.
I thought that it’s totally responsibility of payment gateway. amount is going from where to there.
As checked company status then I get that company’s operation was closed since last 8 months.
Payment gateway should care about that kind of upi
Company is closed but upi is running on and getting transaction but payment gateway is not care about it.
I am feeling that you tube is also engaged with this scam how showing add on you tube.
I am in mental trauma and very upset for this things
Kindly help to resolve this concern as soon as possible

I have placed the online grocery fromzop now dedcuted money twice for ok my google pay account but did not completed any order pleas help and fix this issue paid 1238 in total and please let me know how can I stop this payment it was done twice automatically
