Complaint against HP for poor customer support for all in one pc

I have purchased hp all in one desktop in April 2021, but audio is not working in this system and i have informed them to send technician to my residence , but they are not responding to my request instead they have done troubleshooting 4 times without any result . Already 2 weeks gone with no solution given
i would request you to take action against them so that technician is send to my residence and the loss should be compensdated by hp to the extent of 40000
