I am writing my review here and consider this as a complain also against Dahiya Haryana logistics who introduce transport company as DHL cargo packers and movers.
I had to shift my house hold goods and car (worth 15 lakh overall) from New Delhi to patna. I got a call from them who gave me a very economical rate rs. 18500/- and he committed me on phone that this rate is inclusive of taxes and there is no hidden charges. Also mentioned my household goods and car will be delivered maximum with in a week. They were talking and in very polite way and gave me an economical rate, i fallen in the trap and decided to move ahead with this transport service.
Their people came to my place in delhi packed my stuff, took my car on 23/08/2021 and didn’t gave any invoice or proof. When i started calling for invoice and tracking number details(which thye promised me before) they were arrogant and was talking in very hostile state of mind, unprofessional attitude. After so much follow ups they shared a revised quote and rates were different this time. The rates were double inr 36000/- and he added taxes and so many hidden charges. I asked what is this and you told me different rate before. He said either you pay this much amount else you will not get your belongings. He threatened me and i had to pay inr 36000/- in his bank account.
After so many follow ups he delivered my household goods finally on 6th September. In between date 23/08-6/09 he kept on lying that your household goods has been released. Finally on 6/09 i got the number of transport driver and i was asked to go at the transport truck area. The driver harassed me and still i managed to recheck my household goods and i was the one recheking them. I was promised that its door to door service. After recking household goods, my TELEVISION and 2 CYLINDERS were missing. When i called them and told him the concern he was harassing me mentally, abusing me and talking rubbish on phone. I disconnected the call and hired one more transport truck and took household good back to my home in patna. Again i paid extra rs 3000 for this service. After coming home I noticed all the goods are destroyed, torn , clothes , iron products are missing.
I had to involve one of my family member for following up for car, television and cylinders.

DHL (Delhi Haryana Logistics) Initially quote a very low price for any car transport. For example in my case they quoted a price of Rs. 10k for shift from delhi to Hyderabad. But later when the car starts from delhi and goes to some other state, they ask for more money which they say is used for insurance of the car. In my case they took 30k more just for insurance and other charges and I ended up paying them 40k in total. I hope that the God will take a toll on them and they will have to spend 10 times more on what they cheated people. Their karma will definitely hit them back and that time they will realise the pain they caused to customers like me. They don’t refund anything and won’t say even a single word about these charges till the time your car is still in your city. In their quotation also they don’t mention such things. They just wrote ex gst in very small font at a place which people won’t read. They make you sign everything so that you don’t take a legal action on them or file a police complaint. Once it moves out, it is then they start asking for more money.
Don’t go for such fake people and company. Instead go with trusted brands
