I have booked a flight from travolook website on 18th Oct 2021, post payment deduction i have received a call from their end stating that ” due to fare expiration” booking is cancelled and refund will be initiated in 10-12 working days. I have booked the same flight from a different channel and under the same fare flight got booked and i have received confirmation as well. Post this i have wrote to them and on that mail they have shared another reason for the cancellation that’s ” operational challenges”. I have called on their customer helpline i.e. 0124 643 4800 on 29th October for the payment refund status and received response that, it’ll credited on Monday that’s 1st Nov but there was no such credit received. I have called them on Wednesday 3rd Nov and customer agent had told me some bank error due to which payment isn’t been transferred. After that when i raised my voice he had disconnected the call. It’s been more than 20 days and till now i haven’t received my money back i am writing mails to them but no one is responding.
I have checked online about this company and there’re several complaints raised by consumer about the refund i don’t why this website isn’t been removed from the search engine.
Please take necessary action and resolve the refund issue.
