Complaint regarding damaged product from Reliance Jiomart

A mixer grinder of Rs. 1999 purchased from JIOMART online, delivered a damaged product to me on 31st may, request for return was approved on 1st june 2022 . till today no refund is done to me and neither damaged product is picked by JIOMART . Several mail done to their customer care head no resolution done and just telling me to keep claim your request is under process will be short out in 48 hours.
What to do now ?

Refund from Zenify – Rs.13,000/- : Ms. Sneha Joshi of Bangalore 560076, Karnataka availed flat rental services from Zenify. While terminating the services, Zenify refused to refund full amount and applied wrong charges. She posted her complaint on ICF portal on 18-02-2018 and the matter was taken up with the company.
