On 19-07-2017, Wednesday I have sent a document CN No:B45925509; to MUMBAI Vile Parle SUPREME HYDRO ENGG PVT LTD. Before sending I made sure that these IMPORTANT documents will reach there on time. On tracking status it was showing that it reached Mumbai hub on 21st midnight itself. Again Don’t know for what reason it came back to Bangalore hub and the whole process was repeated again. My documents which was supposed to reach there On Friday never reached. On enquiry they told that some technical problem in Mumbai and it will reach only by MONDAY.
IF I would have send by normal post it would have reached by now inlesser price….No no one ready to take the responsibility n blaiming each other… Only me I’m the looser….trusting dtdc was punishment….this is the second time is happening…. Kindly take the action…
