Account in deactivate status even after paying bill

I have paid the bill amount but all of a sudden account goes into deactivate status with out any intimation. When contacted the customer care they says its their side issue and their technical team will fix that. It’s been 5 days since i registered my complaint still its not fixed, daily i am calling and they are asking to wait. I don’t know whom to contact now.Please help me resolve this.
