Act is not giving promised service. Value: 4241
I opted for unlimited entertainment 1198 150mpps but ACT installed elite max 300. The agent from ACT service Rxxxxu(9xxxxx9), never respond after payment for service. The installation is done after 3 days which is 2 days after promised time. The plan they gave is wrong. We immediately contacted customer care, which they raised the complaint but never resolved.
