Act Fibernet suspends connection even after payment

Regarding non updating of my payment towards Act Fibernet. Value: 767. I am using actfibernet. my issue is with the payment updation where I have made the payment towards monthly rental of amount 767/- on February 10th . Inspite of doing payment also Act has disconnected my connection and is giving me the reason as payment not updated. I have registered many complainants with act fibernet in all departments but there is no useful. Account number ?101004207151?
