Good morning, on my jio number I received twice one message due to high voice call/miss use/ telemarketing your number going to disconnect after that when I was spoke to customers care supervisor regarding this they suggest me, may be by mistake it’s happened. So u can continue your service. After that I did my jio recharge on 17 th of August of rs 399/- . But from today 05/09/2017 I am not able to make out going call. When I call to castomar care they forcing me to recharge again 199/- to make out going call otherwise not. when I asked them what is issue. Why I am not able to call they don’t have answers. Without verified they stopped outgoing call. Because of jio I was left other network. Now I am not able to call any one.
