Airlink internet service not working

I have been using their internet services for more than 3 years now and it was kind of good but from 8 days they are not providing services. The name of the company is Airlink communications Pvt ltd Surat, I again called them for new connection l and now I have been getting calls from the and they are now saying that engineers are available for new connection and not available for the customers who have already paid.

Refund from Zenify – Rs.13,000/- : Ms. Sneha Joshi of Bangalore 560076, Karnataka availed flat rental services from Zenify.
