On 13th May 2017 i called airtel costumer care to confirm international roaming (USA) packages for my boss son mobile number 8xxxxxxx6.
I asked them with his name on call for packages. They told me to recharge with Rs.3999/- for USA international roaming. Then i recharged with Rs.3999/-, with immediate action UAE international roaming activated. I was shocked with the result from airtel. I called airtel costumer care again and asked them why your people misguided me like that. they said they will fix the issue within 72 hours. Till now they didn’t do any thing and playing games with me like pleasw wait for 24 hours again and again. from 13th may 2017 onwards im literally struggling alot. Lot of mental tension for me regarding this issue. With this airtel problem i was insulted infront of my juniors.
Please make penalty to airtel and do justice for me. I’m having call records of that conversation. Please help me out sir.
