Recently approached airtel for getting broadband connection and requested them to come and give the connection for which I had paid deposit of 2584 rs through cheque. They did not give the connection saying no port available. I tried reaching them for refunding the amount but they are giving assurance for the resolution of the complaint raised but not resolving. Kindly resolve the problem.
